गोद मे दो माह की बच्ची लिए दर-दर की ठोकरें खा रही एक पीड़ित लोगो से, पटना पुलिस के अधिकारियों से, समाजसेवियों से गुहार लगा रही है कि कोई तो मेरी बच्ची को उसके पिता का हक दिला दे. यह कहानी है मीठापुर की रहने वाली रिया की. रिया सिंह जो दिल्ली के रिठाला की रहने वाली है. रिया एलबम और छोटे छोटे भोजपुरी फिल्मों में डांस करती है.
इसी शौक की वजह से तीन साल पहले रिया दिल्ली से पटना आ गयी और यहां भी वह डांस के काम मे लगी रही. इसी बीच एक शूटिंग के दौरान एक युवक से उसका परिचय हो गया. उस युवक का नाम दीपक चंद्रवंशी है. दीपक और रिया के बीच पहले परिचय हुआ, फिर दोस्ती हुई और धीरे धीरे दोस्ती प्यार में बदल गयी और फिर प्यार शारिरिक संबंध तक पहुच गया.
इसी बीच दीपक ने घर के कमरे में रिया की मांग में सिंदूर डाल कर उसे भरोसा दिला दिया कि हम दोनो अब पति पत्नी हो गए हैं. इसके बाद दीपक रिया के साथ बतौर पति कई दिन तक साथ रहा और इसी बीच रिया दीपक के बच्चे की माँ बन गयी. अब स्थिति यह है कि दीपक न रिया को अपना रहा है और न अपने बच्चे को. बच्ची अभी दो महीने की है.
रिया बताती है कि पहले वह गाय घाट के समीप रहती थी लेकिन दीपक की धमकी से उसे गाय घाट से हटना पड़ा और अभी मीठापुर बस स्टैंड के समीप रहती हूं. रिया ने बताया कि दीपक का कहना है कि तुम चरित्रहीन हो और वह बच्चा मेरा नही है. वहीं रिया का कहना है कि हम डीएनए टेस्ट करवाने के लिए तैयार हैं. रिया ने कहा कि जब हम थाना में मामला दर्ज कराने गए तो यह कहकर मामला दर्ज करने से मना कर दिया गया कि तुम डांसर हो. रिया ने बताया कि दीपक चंद्रवंशी बाकरगंज का रहने वाला है और किताब बेचने का काम करता है.
वही दूसरी ओर दीदीजी फाउंडेशन की फाउंडर डॉक्टर नम्रता आनंद की नजर जब रिया पर पड़ी और जब रिया ने अपना दर्द बयां किया तो उनकी आँखों से आंसू छलक पड़े. नम्रता ने फैसला लिया है कि फाउंडेशन रिया का सहारा बनेगी और उसके साथ मिलकर उसे न्याय दिलाएगी. नम्रता ने बताया कि उनकी कोशिश होगी कि उस मासूम बच्ची को उसके जन्मदाता का सहारा मिल जाये.
